1. When you first enter into the Post Batches option, a table containing all of the un-posted batches of transactions will appear. You can selectively print, and then delete individual batches by scrolling to the appropriate batch and pressing Enter to select. An asterisk(*) indicates that an account has been selected.
Repeat this process to include any other batch. Or, press F9 and the system will tag all transactions listed in the window. When you have selected the accounts you wish to delete, press F10 to exit the window.
2. The following message will display: "Print Tagged Batches? No/Yes".
3. Command options will appear allowing you to Post, Delete or Exit. Select Delete to delete this batch from the system.
4. You will receive a prompt: "Delete Tagged Batches?" No/Yes.
The batch is now deleted.
